Audit

​

The security audit aims at: 

​

* to offer objective security solutions to the management

​

* providing information that allow for preventive measures against any threat of criminal risks to be taken

​

* that the proposed solutions have a positive impact on the overall security of the organization and the efficiency of the security organization

​

* formulating organizational (procedures and security monitoring). Electronic and electrical engineering measures against threat of criminal risks

​

When defining security solutions we take into account the overall functioning of the organization. The proposed measures will provide important improvements for the normal functioning of the organization.

​

The solutions are installed following a roadmap of immediate / urgent to consider in the future.

​

Audit Area

​

The object of the audit are risks relating to security. However, if risks are identified that may have a significant impact on the functioning of the organization, this is also discussed in the audit.

​

Mode

​

In a first stage, an inventory of risks is drawned. This is achieved by a variety of visits to the entire infrastructure. In consultation with the organization, the practical implementation of these visits are discused.

​

In a 2nd phase, a selected portion of the staff is interviewed. This selection is made in consultation with the client. The list is formed by individuals who have a responsibility in the organization with respect to Security. Both executives and managers and shop floor staff are interviewed. If relevant, also employees of contractors get audited.

Object of the audit

​

The auditors examine the need

​

* to whether or not to take (additional) preventive measures

or

* to reduce the possible preventive measures

​

against all forms of crime, nuisance or failure to follow procedures.

​

These latter facts can be committed both by its own staff or by vendors, visitors, contractors or other persons external to the organization. The criminal offenses, all forms of crime rather banal to heavily banditry and terrorism.

The approach is as follows:

* An inventory of the resources already implemented

o Monitoring Organization

o Techno-preventive agents

* Evaluation of the risks by placing them in a hierarchy where the frequency components of (possible) action and the expected damage to the main components are taken into account.

* Risk management by:

o Structural interventions

o Electric or electronic systems

o A security organization

o Organizational measures

Results

​

The results of the safety audit will be presented to the board. After the audit, all documents and / or data presented by us is provided to the client. After this all the data and documents are removed from our system to ensure securtiy.

​

Practical arrangements

​

The audit period is defined with the client.

​

Audit program:

* visits during the day / night and weekend (entrances - garage and parking - perimeter - welcome - administration ...)

* Interviews with managers, supervisors and employees

* Evaluation, proposals and drafting the final report

* presentation and defense of the report to the board

​

Price

​

The price of the audit depends on the sustainability of the contract.

​

There is also a possibility for a fixed price all-in. This is to be discussed with the client.
